At Evolution EMS, we strive to provide up-to-date, applicable, and customized training and education to suit the needs of both individual providers and services alike. Whether it be primary tutoring, initial licensure preparation, to continuing education, Critical Care training, or simulation, Elevation EMS will work with you to meet your specific training and educational needs.
We take a personalized approach to education and training. Each provider and each agency has different needs. Our instructors bring a diverse wealth of experience from both the classroom and the field. We will work with you or your department to identify clear objectives and deliver a training experience to meet those goals. Tutoring and topic-specific lessons are available to those working toward initial licensure while pragmatic and up-to-date continuing education lessons are designed to use your agency-specific equipment and protocols to create field-ready content for licensed providers.
Founder Richard Nye is a 10-year EMS veteran with experience as a provider in many facets of EMS including IFT, urban and rural 911, chase-car paramedic, critical care and flight paramedic, as well as education and training both in a college setting as well as agency-level as a training director. Richard has a special interest in simulation and field-ready solutions to training needs. He holds an IBSC FP-C and NREMTP certification as well as Instructor/ Coordinator in Tennessee and Alabama. Richard attended Davidson College where he earned a BS in Biology before attending paramedic school at Southwest Tennessee Community College where he attained an AAS in Paramedic Studies.
